NEW Bottom is an innovative bottom toning instrument using EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) technology. It is originally developed and designed by the Electrical Muscle Stimulation Technology Research and Application Center (EMSTARC) in Minnesota, United States.

The controller is built in a proprietary chip supplied by EMSTARC. Micro-current signals are sent regularly to several lower muscle nerves through the pads. Several groups of muscle tissue will be activated depending on the signal received. The blood circulation simultaneously increases and removes wastes in the tissues.
