Instructions
●Installation: It is displayed in metric and imperial system when power on, and metric or imperial system can be selected.
●Display: Press the MODE button, followed by time, steps, distance, calories.
●Reset: Press the MODE button to adjust to the step count display state, press the SET button for 2 seconds to reset the steps, distance, and calories to zero.
Start counting steps again.
●Time adjustment: In time mode, press the SET button for 3 seconds and then release, the "hour" number starts to flash, and then press the MODE button to adjust
Adjust the "hour", press the SET button and the "minute" starts to flash, press the MODE button to adjust the "minute", OK
After that, press SET again to complete the setting.
